Ordered: medium sausage and medium veggie pizza The pizza wasn't very good. It was edible and inoffensive, but the crust was pretty soggy. The pizzas reminded me of bowling alley pizza (cut into squares and pretty bland). Overall, it was tolerable and overpriced.

As far as I'm concerned, they have the best pizza in the area. Generous toppings, always flavorful and fresh tasting. I've even had other Rosati's pizzas that aren't as good as these guys make. Wish we could order more often hehehe.

Great pizza! One of my all-time favorites. My family loves their Hawaiian with BBQ sauce - yummy! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because even with a coupon they seem expensive. Still, if you crave some good pizza, this is what I'd recommend in St. Charles. Takeout or delivery only.

Considering I love pizza. And so does my family, we have family pizza night from this location quite often. The pizza is unmatched in taste and quality. The hours are simply the best. I work late as a manager and sometimes my dinner is while most people are sleeping. Yes the pizza is amazing but, the Italian beef is just mouth watering! In stc there is portillos and beef shack but when i order "the cheef" (cheesey beef) from here I am never let down. Truly delicious. And another thing is their fries are unlike any other I have had in this area. I just cant say enough good things about the food. And all of it! Not just a few things. Everything I've ordered from here has been delicious. But when you pair that with great customer service, you find a great place to get food from. I work in geneva and will make the 20 Min drive to get pizza for the guys at my shop just because of all the great experiences I have had with this location. In fact... Im craving some pizza right now!! :)

Bunch of boys during a video game party sleepover.... 21 years old... Yea I still hang out with mah bros! Hunger creeps near midnite... The leader looks through the red window to search for the place that will deliver them to salvation! Service: Typical Pizza Man service. Got our pizza under 45 minutes so we were happy enough. Food: The Chicken Wings were rather bland to be honest, and the sauces didn't really add much. The meat was white, hot, and tender. But alas there was no taste to sustain the will of men. The pizza on the other hand was great! We ordered a 24 inch hand tossed pizza with half of it sausage and the other half pepperoni. Everything just fused together fantastically in that pizza. The meat, the cheese, and the dough was cooked just right. The cheese held well and the quality was decent. I was glad the pizza was enough to feed 4 men for late nite dinner and breakfast. My favorite part of the pizza was the quality of the sausage and how juicy it remained even cold. No man should utter a complement to the juicy, succulent, sausage in front of fellow men. Though risk a bludgeoning and flatulence imposed upon thee. I will order from here again. They seem to be king when it comes to late nite delivery. Which is perfect considering how much of an insomniac and how nocturnal I am. The 24 inch is definitely a good value, and I hope to try their deep dish pizza next time.

I work within five minutes drive from the store, but, when I presented a coupon for a simple $5.99 meal, a coupon which was dropped at my office, I was told I can't use it because the coupon came from their west side store. My choices? Either I pay $6.99 for the same meal at his location or he will have to call his boss for approval. I can see his reasoning, but losing $5.99 because you can't or won't make a customer happy for $1 is simply not smart. I don't care where the coupon came from. If there aren't any restrictions listed on it, I should be able to use it. It is not the customer's problem when the mistake is at the store's end.

Im giving this place 4.5 (rounded to 5) stars, here's why: - They deliver all over - to West Chicago, St. Charles, Wayne, even parts of Bartlett I think! AND THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME, a half hour to 45 Mins at most!!! - Beef sandwiches are excellent!! (P.S. These beefs are among the best I have had anywhere - no joke - better than Portillo's in my opinion, better than Scooby's, etc. Also better than "other Rosati's restaurants". Do not assume all Rosati's have the same exact beefs (or pizzas and other stuff, for that matter) - they do not. each restaurant is a bit different! THE BEEFS AT THE ST. CHARLES restaurant are incredible, as is the beef sauce/juice. ** They even give you a side cup of extra beef sauce if you ask with no extra charge! - Pizzas are usually excellent - no shortage of sausage or ingriedents!!!!. Unlike the West Chicago Rosati's, they PILE on the ingriedents such as sausage and mushrooms! - Sandwiches are all usually very good! - Their menu is HUGE. Twice the size of their competitors like the nearby Dominick's Pizza or Taylor Street Pizza. - their fish and golden fried shrimp are excellent!! (and fairly priced). A dozen golden fried large shrimp for under $14 with fries. The same dozen shrimp (smaller) at Taylor Street Pizza for near $18. - Cod fish is great! - Onion rings are GREAT! I don't know how they do it, but they make them perfectly and golden brown. Some places undercook them and it is like eating raw onions.. - my only complaint would be their french fries aren't that great. They are kinda the battered type. Not my fave. The cheesburgers are so-so (in comparison - the Rosati's in West Chicago have EXCELLENT burgers and fries). I still have to give them 4.5 stars based on all of this. Since no option exists, I have to round up to 5! OPEN ALL HOLIDAYS, TOO! By chance, I was at the St. Charles Jewel at around 11am on Thanksgiving morning picking up some last minute stuff for later in the evening. I saw that Rosati's was open and ran in and got a beef! Pretty cool. They told me they are open Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Easter, and New Year's day too!

First time eating Rosati's and I enjoyed it! We ordered our pizza for pick-up and we should have gotten there earlier because by the time we got home the pizza had cooled down. But the mere fact that I'm pregnant and was absolutely famished, the less than warm pizza tasted like heaven to me. I figured it would have blown my socks off it had been piping hot, fresh from the oven. We had a coupon and got a large for $10.80. Not too bad!

ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and some bread sticks with marinara sauce first the slices was old cheese pizza with added pepperoni on them, looks and tasted like cheap dirty pizza second the bread stick was cold and so was the marinara sauce, tasted like crap

Cleveland to Illinois on a motorcycle is a pretty long day for me. I got to the hotel, wanted some good tasty and bad for you food. I looked at yelp, found Rosati's. The Sunday special was pizza and wings, add NBA playoffs and how could I go wrong? I ordered it and when it arrived the pizza was freaken HUGE. I had no idea I would be getting this much food for my $20-spot. The pizza was hella-greasy, but also delicious. The wings were awesome. My real complaint: my stomach was not big enough. I watched the 4th quarter of the game in a stupor.
